If for any reason you are unsatisfied after reasonable attempts to modify the design to your liking, we will refund your design and development fees 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with the appearance and functionality of your Web design at the time your initial design concept is presented, we will continue to work on your site at no additional charge until it meets your expectations.

Once we have completed your initial website design, you will have the opportunity to review the website and submit requests for changes. We make it our policy to consult with you at every step of the website design process. Although we take a small deposit on the agreement of a contract to create a website for you or your company we do not invoice you for your final site until you are completely happy with the end result.
